Tableting
We produce tablets in a variety of shapes and weights - from classic swallowable tablets, to effervescent tablets, to lozenges or sublingual tablets. Thanks to the right selection of ingredients and pressing technology, we achieve durable, aesthetically pleasing and safe-to-use forms.
Tablet coating
Tablet coating is a key step in the production of supplements, which not only improves the appearance and taste of the tablets, but also increases its stability, resistance to moisture and makes the tablet easier to swallow. It can also determine the timing of the release of active ingredients from the tablet. At Komarko, we use state-of-the-art technology and a variety of coating types, tailored to the individual customer's needs and product specifics.
Blistering and final packaging
Packaging is of paramount importance - both in terms of product protection and consumer appeal. Our packaging lines enable tablets and capsules to be blistered in standard formats, as well as packed into cartons, jars, sachets and other bulk packaging in cartons placed on pallets.
Deblistering
This is the process of removing tablets or capsules from blister packs, which are unit packs used in pharmaceuticals. We perform it by machine, especially in cases of mis-packaging or the need to repackage preparations.
Drop Filling
We also manufacture and fill glycerin- and oil-based drops, including probiotic oil drops for infants. These can be packaged in 5–50 ml bottles, optionally with a gravity dropper or pipette.
