Planowane efekty: Głównym rezultatem zaplanowanych prac B+R będzie opracowanie nowoczesnych form suplementów diety i środków spożywczych specjalnego przeznaczenia żywieniowego, posiadających właściwości kontrolowanego uwalniania substancji aktywnych w nich zawartych. Wytworzenie takich form o kontrolowanym uwalnianiu jest korzystne dla wspierania zdrowia klientów, głównie ze względu na wielkość i częstotliwość przyjmowanej dawki substancji aktywnej.
Keeping up with technological progress has a huge impact on the work quality. In order to meet the demands of today's market, our factory is equipped with the most modern machinery and we are constantly expanding our technological park: a granulator-rotary mixer, a fluidised bed dryer or a modern coating machine are our latest acquisitions. Most of the production staff operating these machines have been with us for at least a dozen years.
In the R&D department, our specialists, some of whom hold PhD degrees, plan and develop the technological documentation for food supplements and foods for special medical purposes. The assumptions developed on a laboratory scale are then tested on a semi-technical scale. Working in the R&D department provides an insight into the full cycle of building quality into a product, in line with the concept of Quality by Design - QbD.
The quality department is divided into two sections: Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The primary function of the Quality Assurance Department is to analyse current legislation and develop internal procedures. These procedures are then used to implement new production processes and control existing ones. The Quality Control Department focuses on the implementation of innovative Process Analytical Technology (PAT) in accordance with the company's strategic framework.
The commercial department is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, developing sales and launching new products, and works closely with other departments to ensure high-quality products and services. Employees have the opportunity to take part in interesting projects that combine sales, marketing and production expertise, providing the opportunity for continuous development and the acquisition of new skills.
